Residences by Armani/Casa stands 56 stories and 649 feet at 18975 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, developed by Dezer Development and The Related Group. Designed by the legendary architect Cesar Pelli on 300 feet of prime oceanfront, the 308 residences range from 2,563 to 6,138 sq ft across 2 to 5 bedroom layouts. Every interior was curated by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio under Giorgio Armani. The 35,000 sq ft of amenities includes a spa, restaurant, bar, and the exclusive Armani Prive lounge with in-residence fine dining delivery. Completed Q4 2019.
